Job summary

Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana in Noblesville, IN invites applications for a Director of Testing, Tutoring, and Library Services. Lead three academic support units, supervise the testing center, tutoring staff, and library operations, and promote information literacy across campus and beyond.

The role requires a Master’s degree and at least three years in related areas, with strong leadership, budgeting, and change-management skills. Some evening/weekend hours may be needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Three (3) years related experience in testing centers, information management, resource management, training, or education.
• Working knowledge of computers.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, problem solving and conflict resolution skills. Supervisory and management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer knowledge including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, library automation systems, online database products, and Internet resources
• Ability to effectively lead and manage change

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Testing Center, Tutoring Center, and Library Services.
• Directly supervise staff and ensure compliance with FERPA and policy.
• Develop budgets, oversee purchasing, and generate reports.
• Lead strategic goals and communicate services to internal audiences.
• Maintain relationships with Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, Enrollment Services, and vendors.
