Job summary

TBK Bank, SSB seeks a Director of Operational Excellence & Lean Transformation to lead the enterprise Lean strategy and sustainment. You will partner with the Transformation Office, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams to translate priorities into measurable business results.

The role focuses on improving efficiency, quality, and customer outcomes through structured CI programs. You will establish standards, mentor leaders, and drive adoption of Lean practices while delivering executive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or similar preferred.
• 7+ years leading enterprise Lean or CI programs in complex environments.
• Proven ability to coach executives and manage cross-functional teams.
• Experience in financial services or related industries is a plus.
• Certified Lean/Six Sigma credentials are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise Lean roadmap aligned with Transformation Office priorities.
• Coach leaders and cross-functional teams in CI/Lean methods and problem solving.
• Establish Lean standards, governance, and measurement across the enterprise.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and structured problem solving.
• Develop executive-level reporting on transformation progress and ROI.
