Triumph Financial, Inc. seeks a Director of Operational Excellence & Lean Transformation to lead the enterprise Lean agenda and drive measurable business results.

The role partners with executive leadership, Operations, Technology, PMO/SPMO, and transformation teams to deploy and sustain Lean across the organization. You will coach leaders, facilitate Kaizen and value stream initiatives, and establish standards, governance, and metrics to improve efficiency, quality, and customer outcomes while

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Lean, operational excellence, or related disciplines.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Lean certification or Six Sigma credentials preferred.
• Experience coaching senior leaders and influencing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise Lean roadmap aligned with transformation priorities.
• Facilitate CI initiatives that improve efficiency and customer outcomes.
• Lead Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and structured problem solving.
• Establish Lean standards and governance practices across the enterprise.
• Mentor leaders in Lean leadership principles and continuous improvement behaviors.
• Partner with executive leadership to drive measurable business results.
