Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive lateral partner recruitment strategy nationwide.
• Drive full lifecycle recruitment from market mapping to onboarding and integration.
• Collaborate with firm leadership to identify growth opportunities and pipelines.
• Source, cultivate, and maintain relationships with high-performing candidates.
• Lead candidate evaluation, due diligence, and transition planning.
