Alliance College-Ready Public Schools seeks a Director of Language Acquisition and Instruction to lead ELD strategy and multilingual learner initiatives. The role focuses on strengthening instruction, data-informed coaching, and collaboration with Diverse Learners and Teaching & Learning teams at Alliance's Home Office.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
• 4+ years of school leadership or systems leadership experience in bilingual education, language acquisition instruction, or a related field.
• 5+ years of classroom bilingual or language development teaching experience in an urban school setting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead English Language Development strategy and instructional model to support multilingual learners.
• Analyze bilingual learner data (ELPAC, ELPI, reclassification) to refine practices and improve outcomes.
• Coach and mentor two Instructional Specialists and provide regular feedback.
