Prince William County Public Schools seeks a seasoned Director of English Learner Services to lead divisionwide EL, world languages, and federal program initiatives. You will align curricula and services to promote language development, equity, and student achievement.

You will oversee federal programs (Title I, III, IV), manage budgets, and provide professional learning, while guiding enrollment and translation services to ensure access and opportunity.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in language acquisition or world language, educational curriculum, administration/supervision, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of successful teaching experience.
• Some experience as a building administrator and supervisory experience.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic leadership for ELs, world languages, and federal programs.
• Oversee curriculum development, implementation, evaluation for assigned programs.
• Administer and monitor federal programs (Title I, III, IV) and budgets.
• Lead professional learning, coaching, and support for staff serving English learners.
• Collaborate with schools, community partners, and agencies to improve outcomes.
• Monitor program effectiveness using data and reports; drive improvements.
• Represent the Division on committees and manage partnerships with higher ed and agencies.
