Job summary

Tolmar Inc. is seeking a Director Manufacturing Labeling and Packaging in Windsor, CO to lead labeling, visual inspection, assembly, tray-pack, and cartoning operations.

You will own the production schedule, align labor and equipment, and ensure safety, quality, and compliance while driving continuous improvement across shifts. You will partner with Quality, Regulatory, Engineering, and Supply Chain to optimize processes, manage budgets, develop talent, and prepare the organization for future

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, operations, business, or a related discipline is required.
• Ten or more years of progressive experience in regulated manufacturing is expected.
• Five+ years of people leadership in multi-shift manufacturing is preferred.
• Experience leading labeling, inspection, packaging, serialization, or automated operations is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership for labeling, visual inspection, assembly, tray-pack, and cartoning operations across assigned Windsor manufacturing areas.
• Own execution of the production schedule, aligning labor, equipment, materials, training, maintenance, and cross-functional support to meet commitments.
• Monitor and improve safety, quality, schedule adherence, OEE, throughput, yield, cycle time, and labor productivity.
• Ensure labeling and packaging operations are inspection-ready and compliant with procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Lead continuous-improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma and standard-work to reduce downtime and waste.
