Job summary

Tolmar is seeking an Equipment Engineer II to provide technical support across packaging and manufacturing sites in Colorado (Fort Collins, Windsor). You will drive equipment installation, qualification, and ongoing improvements, coordinating with OEMs and vendors.

The role involves preparing URS, IQOQPQ, CCs, SOPs, and training sessions for multiple departments. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, 3+ years in manufacturing equipment, and familiarity with regulated

Qualifications

• Understanding of components in basic to tertiary packaging systems.
• Experience with URS/IQOQPQ/CC document control.
• SOPs, preventative maintenance, and spare parts planning.

Responsibilities

• Installations, retrofits, and improvements of manufacturing equipment.
• Lead FAT/SAT and validate new equipment.
• Support CAPA investigations and corrective actions.
• Train Maintenance, Process Development, Packaging Engineers, and Manufacturing staff.
• Assist in equipment selection and system integration options.
• Develop and update batch records impacted by equipment changes.
