Job summary

Tolmar is seeking an Equipment Engineer II to support packaging and manufacturing equipment at our Colorado sites, including Windsor and Fort Collins. The role involves equipment installation, validation, FAT/SAT, CAPA, and continuous improvement for quality and safety.

You will collaborate with OEMs, write URS/IQ/OQ/PQ, SOPs, and train cross-functional teams. A bachelor's in engineering and 3+ years of manufacturing equipment experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Three+ years of equipment experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in regulated industries (pharma/medical devices) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support installation, validation, and qualification of equipment systems.
• Collaborate with OEMs and vendors to evaluate equipment options.
• Develop and review IQ/OQ/PQ and change controls.
• Train maintenance and manufacturing staff on equipment.
• Drive continuous improvement for quality, safety and efficiency.
