Job summary

Tilray Brands, Inc. is seeking a Packaging Manager to lead and optimize packaging operations across multiple lines and shifts. The role ensures safe, efficient, and compliant packaging while meeting production schedules and cost objectives.

You will guide Supervisors and Operators, align with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Supply Chain, and drive continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include developing packaging schedules, optimizing resources, and coaching a team to achieve

Qualifications

• Experience leading packaging teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of OSHA, GMP, HACCP and food safety standards.
• Strong project management and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Direct packaging operations across production lines and shifts.
• Develop and execute packaging schedules aligned with production requirements.
• Optimize labor, equipment, materials, and production resources.
• Monitor line performance, schedule adherence, downtime, waste, and throughput.
• Ensure accurate shift reporting, production records, and handoff communication.
