Job summary

Tolmar seeks a Director Manufacturing – Labeling and Packaging at Windsor, CO. You will lead labeling, visual inspection, assembly, tray-pack, and cartoning operations across shifts, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time product supply.

You will partner with Quality, Regulatory, Engineering, Maintenance, and MS&T to drive continuous improvement, manage budgets, and develop leadership across managers and frontline teams in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in regulated manufacturing with operations experience.
• 5+ years in leadership of managers and multi-shift operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead labeling, inspection, packaging, assembly, serialization operations.
• Oversee production schedule and staffing across shifts.
• Drive continuous improvement, quality and regulatory compliance at Windsor site.
• Partner with Quality, Regulatory, Engineering to readiness and execution.
