The Associate Director partners across Commercial, Finance, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Procurement, and Supply Chain to support executive decision‑making, elevate trade-offs, and translate priorities into executable plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, or related field required.
• 12+ years in supply chain/planning with multi-product manufacturing.
• 5+ years leading S&OP/S&OE and cross-functional executive forums.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing (pharma/biotech) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and orchestrate S&OP and S&OE processes across the organization.
• Lead demand, supply S&OE and S&OP meetings and drive decisions.
• Synthesize data to frame cross-functional perspectives for executives.
• Reconcile supply to demand with financial plan implications.
• Facilitate what-if analyses and manage escalation/remediation with leadership.
