Job summary

Tolmar is seeking a Manufacturing Operator I – Packaging in Windsor, CO to manage setup and operation of packaging equipment for pre-filled syringes in a cGMP environment. You will document production activities, perform inspections, and ensure product quality while following SOPs and safety protocols.

The role requires the ability to stand for long periods, attention to detail, and experience with automated packaging systems. Shift: Mon-Fri 6:00 am–2:30 pm, with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience in a GMP manufacturing environment.
• 1+ year of experience with automated packaging equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and monitor semi-automatic packaging equipment used to package pre-filled syringes.
• Record data in production records and logs accurately.
• Perform inspections of packaged components for quality and compliance.
• Maintain clean room practices including gowning and PPE.
• Document production activities in regulatory controlled documents.
