• 8+ years of software development engineering experience, including clinical laboratory experience.
• 3+ years leading teams or enterprise-scale engineering initiatives.
• 3+ years designing or overseeing complex enterprise software systems.
• 3+ years partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical strategies with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of software development strategies aligned with business, product, and technology goals.
• Drive engineering excellence, continuous improvement, and high-quality delivery.
• Establish and enforce engineering standards, governance, and operational frameworks.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to align initiatives with enterprise priorities.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and drive delivery and system quality improvements.
• Mentor and develop high-performing engineering teams across IT.
• Ensure application and system availability meeting SLAs.
