Job summary

AbbVie’s Allergan Aesthetics is seeking a Director, US Thought Leader Engagement and Development for U.S. Medical Aesthetics. This role manages KOL strategy, builds relationships with key physicians and AHCPs, and aligns with sales, marketing, and Medical Institute teams to advance product strategy.

You will travel 75%+ and lead cross-functional programs, coordinating with four Aesthetic cash pay franchises to strengthen market position and drive growth in U.S. Medical Aesthetics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Masters degree preferred.
10+ years of sales and/or marketing management experience.
Thorough knowledge of the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute key strategies.
Develop relationships with physicians, AHCPs, Society meeting owners and leadership teams, and other healthcare professionals.
Work effectively in a matrixed environment.
Develop first-line managers and emerging leaders through peer influence and mentoring.
Monitor field activity to ensure balanced workloads; exercise control over resources, budgets, and expenses; oversee business operations.
