Job summary

PLS 3rd Learning seeks a Director of K–12 Educational Systems and Projects to lead major education technology initiatives from first conversations with state education agencies through development and launch.

You will define requirements, guide developers, and manage budgets, timelines, and client partnerships while growing the business across the country. A strong background in education tech and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in project development or program management.
• Advanced degree in Education or related field preferred.
• Experience contributing to proposals, RFP responses, or new business development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements and translate them for non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead delivery and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet goals.
• Grow business through pipeline development and proposals.
• Oversee platform AI features and ensure accuracy with human oversight.
