Qualifications

• 18+ years in construction project management, program management, or owner's representation.
• Proven ability to develop long-term client relationships with school districts and education boards.
• Experience building and leading teams, managing performance, and mentoring staff.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a practice area—set strategy and build the team.
• Lead business development—identify opportunities and close new work.
• Oversee delivery of complex new school construction and capital improvement programs.
