Capital.com seeks a leader to own IT third-party management and procurement, delivering against the VP of IT Operations' strategy. You will own the full lifecycle—search, onboarding, relationships, and offboarding—and manage hardware, software and IT services purchases.

In a regulated setting (FCA, CySEC and others), you will design repeatable processes, implement controls, and use automation/AI to front-load checks, enabling fast business enablement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading vendor or third-party management in a regulated organisation.
• Proven ability to deliver against strategy and roadmap while using your judgment.
• Ability to build processes from scratch: document procedures and visualise workflows.
• Experience running the full vendor lifecycle and IT procurement (sourcing, negotiation, contracts, renewals, offboarding).
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder skills across business, engineering and control functions.

Responsabilités

• Lead IT third-party management and procurement end-to-end.
• Own onboarding, relationship management and offboarding.
• Manage procurement of hardware, software and IT services.
• Design processes, document procedures, visualise workflows and roll out with training.
• Partner with Legal, Security, Compliance on vendor risk and SLAs.
• Meet regulatory and audit obligations by design.
