Job summary

The Springs Living, LLC in Beaverton, OR is seeking a Director of IT Infrastructure to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable technology across our home office and communities.

Lead network operations, cybersecurity, and end-user support, partnering with an MSP and internal teams to deliver a secure, connected resident and staff experience. This on-site leadership role emphasizes project delivery, policy enforcement, and vendor management in a multi-site senior living environment.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of IT or network administration experience across multi-site environments.
• Experience leading infrastructure and security projects from business case through implementation.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, IAM, network infrastructure, disaster recovery, and MSP performance management.
• Strong customer service, communication, decision-making, and resource stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Ensure availability, performance, and scalability of network infrastructure across the organization.
• Oversee inventory, configurations, and lifecycle management of devices.
• Lead infrastructure and security projects with cross-team collaboration.
• Oversee cybersecurity operations, risk assessments, IAM, vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Maintain backup and disaster recovery plans; ensure training and compliance.
