Job summary

Salesforce Internal Audit is rebuilding how audit is done, moving toward continuous risk intelligence with agents partnering with auditors. You will shape methodology, lead QAIP, and drive scalable processes for assurance, advisory, and risk insights.

You will own data-driven performance metrics, guide global capacity planning, and communicate the IA story to executives and the Board. This is a high-impact role requiring hands-on AI and analytics leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in internal audit operations, professional practices, audit, or IT audit.
• Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA/CA, CISA or PMP.
• Deep, practical command of IIA standards and topical requirements.
• Experience in QAIP, or external quality assessment within a large audit function.
• Strong analytical and project management skills with reliable rhythms.
• Track record deploying AI, automation, or analytics to change work.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools and proactive prototyping.
• Excellent executive writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the IA Org strategy and coordinate inputs across leaders.
• Design processes and tooling for agentic era collaboration.
• Lead the QAIP and provide forward-looking quality insights.
• Evolve IA methodology for assurance and risk intelligence.
• Own data analysis of performance metrics and dashboards.
• Develop training plans to upskill auditors in AI and data.
• Plan capacity, allocation, and schedule for the IA Org.
• Organize town halls and global summits and tailor content.
• Support Audit & Finance Committee materials and reporting.
• Communicate the IA story internally and externally.
