Job summary

Salesforce is hiring an Internal Auditor who will support audits across technology, product, and AI governance areas. You will assess risks, design tests, document results, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen internal controls.

The role emphasizes responsible AI practices, data protection, and leveraging analytics to improve audit efficiency. You will work with the Internal Audit Organization to modernize audits, use AI-enabled workflows, and ensure adherence to governance

Qualifications

• Experience in internal audit, compliance, or risk assurance lifecycle.
• Knowledge of COSO/COBIT and IT general controls.
• Familiarity with data analytics and AI governance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning, fieldwork, and audit lifecycle activities.
• Evaluate AI/agentic controls, data usage, and privacy considerations.
• Develop and execute audit testing procedures for internal controls.
• Prepare audit work papers with test steps, results, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with 2nd line risk and compliance teams and business partners.
• Manage issue follow-up and closure for past audits.
• Use AI tooling under governance framework to accelerate audits.
