Job summary

Salesforce in Dallas seeks an Internal Auditor to support audits over AI and agentic capabilities, focusing on governance, data usage, and process improvements. You will work with cross-functional teams to test controls, document procedures, and deliver high-quality audit work papers within deadlines.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in Internal Audit, Compliance, or Risk Assurance.
• Understanding of and experience with the audit life cycle.
• Experience with audit planning, fieldwork, and reporting.
• Experience working with business owners and teams in audits.
• Comfort adopting AI/GenAI tools in a controlled manner.
• Knowledge of operational and IT internal control methodologies (COSO, COBIT).
• Foundational AI governance concepts (AI risk, supply chain).
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks (NIST RMF, ISO 42001, EU AI Act).
• Familiarity with data protection concepts and cross-border data controls.
• Highest ethics, independence, and professionalism.
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.

Responsibilities

• Support audits assessing risks and controls over AI and agentic capabilities.
• Evaluate data usage by AI tools and platforms, including minimization and logging.
• Learn processes and technologies and promote improvements through AI governance.
• Collaborate across Audit, risk, and business partners.
• Manage project commitments with minimal supervision.
• Assist senior auditors with planning, fieldwork, and reporting.
• Develop audit testing procedures for internal controls.
• Utilize AI tooling to accelerate planning, testing, and documentation.
