Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking a Director, Integration Enablement to join the Global Integration Management Office. The role leads the development of governance, templates, and playbooks to enable successful integrations across the portfolio.

The position combines integration expertise with governance, reporting, and executive stakeholder engagement to build a scalable capability that supports future growth through acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in M&A integration, transformation, PMO leadership, consulting, or related disciplines.
• Experience designing enterprise governance, reporting, and operating frameworks.
• Demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience developing executive reporting and presenting to senior leadership.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and enhance the firm's integration methodology and operating model.
• Develop and maintain integration playbooks, tools, templates, standards, and best practices.
• Create repeatable processes that improve consistency and reduce risk across transactions.
• Capture lessons learned and institutionalize them into future practices.
• Own the IMO reporting framework, dashboards, scorecards, and executive communications.
• Provide portfolio-level visibility into integration status, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
• Support transition from deal execution to integration delivery.
