HDR is seeking a Business Class Director for Integrated Watershed Management with 10+ years of leadership in professional services. You will guide technical teams, shape strategic plans, and ensure high-quality project delivery across HDR's service lines.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Engineering or closely related field, professional registration, and a demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a related field.
• Professional/Architecture/Engineering registration required for technical design leadership roles.
• Experience developing and managing diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide company-wide leadership of technical capabilities within the business class.
• Coordinate with related business classes, market sectors, and operations.
• Lead technical risk management and ensure quality standards and delivery expectations.
• Drive quality assurance and coordinate with the Quality Manager for the business class.
• Oversee development and application of tools, standards, and techniques to enhance service quality.
• Support client development, proposals, and project pursuits.
