Ferrara Candy Co. is seeking a Sr. Manager, Integrated Content to lead paid, owned, and earned social content across our iconic brands. You will shape campaigns at the intersection of culture and consumer engagement, guiding creator partnerships and real-time activations.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, agencies, and platform teams, turning insights into impactful experiences and leading a team of four Sr. Associates to drive results.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in a content or digital role.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and elevate high-performing teams.
• Strategic advisor to brand teams and agency partners.

Responsabilités

• Drive content for brand campaigns from strategy to execution, including paid and influencer programs.
• Provide governance to brand teams and agencies on content, influencer and social, and coordinate with media on plans.
• oversee content creation processes with internal teams and external partners.
