Ferrara Candy Co. is seeking an experienced Sr. Analyst to fortify our Talent Acquisition Operations and Employer Branding initiatives.

You will lead branding activations, optimize TA technologies, and deliver actionable analytics to leadership. This role requires close collaboration with HR, Communications, Finance, and external partners. You will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition at Ferrara's Global Headquarters in Chicago, and will drive cross-functional projects that enhance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of Talent Acquisition Operations, Employer Branding, or Recruiting Analytics.
• Experience with ATS, CRM, HRIS, and HR technology platforms.
• Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead employer branding activation across career sites, social channels, and events.
• Optimize TA technologies, trainings, and user adoption for recruiting teams.
• Develop recruiting dashboards, KPIs, and leadership reporting.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets for TA programs.
• Plan and execute strategic recruiting events and candidate experiences.
