Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting, professional services, or insurance industry experience with leadership of complex engagements.
• Strong expertise across the Insurance value chain and industry trends.
• Experience integrating AI into workflows to enhance productivity and insight generation.

Responsabilités

• Lead high-complexity engagements with scope, budget, staffing, profitability, quality, and client outcomes.
• Advise senior insurance executives on industry challenges, operating models, modernization, data, analytics, and AI.
• Originate leads and grow relationships within existing accounts and new client relationships.
• Define growth strategy for the Insurance practice and develop new offerings and assets.
