West Monroe seeks a Director of Data Engineering & AI to lead the Technology Data Engineering practice, shaping AI-enabled data modernization and data platform transformation. You will drive BD, engage with executive clients, and grow offerings in collaboration with leaders across the firm.

You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, deliver high-impact data and AI solutions, and ensure value realization for clients. A strong background in Databricks/Snowflake/GCP/AWS/Azure and MLOps is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in team-based, client-facing consulting services.
