Job summary

Polymarket is seeking a hands-on Operations professional to own the full institutional onboarding process. You will design and run onboarding for institutional counterparties, coordinate with legal and compliance, and serve as the face of Polymarket to sophisticated traders worldwide.

You will build scalable workflows, manage a pipeline of onboarding prospects, and work with growth to define success post-onboarding.

Qualifications

• Own end-to-end institutional onboarding process from outreach through activation.
• Design scalable onboarding workflows balancing speed with regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with legal, compliance, and product to remove blockers and align documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end institutional onboarding process, from initial outreach and documentation collection through account activation and first trade
• Design and implement scalable onboarding workflows that reduce time-to-live for new institutional accounts while maintaining compliance
• Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional clients during onboarding, setting expectations and keeping deals moving
• Coordinate with legal, compliance, and product teams to resolve blockers, negotiate documentation requirements, and ensure accounts meet standards
• Build and maintain a pipeline of institutional prospects through onboarding and report on status, conversions, and bottlenecks to leadership
• Identify patterns slowing onboarding and fix them by updating processes, improving docs, or escalating product gaps
• Collaborate with operations and growth to define institutional success post-onboarding and ensure a clean handoff
