Job summary

Polymarket is building a dedicated growth engineering function focused on turning curious visitors into active traders. You will own the new user onboarding flow, KYC completion, and ad-driven funnels, working across full stack with product and data teams.

This role requires a proven track record shipping onboarding flows and growth features that move the metrics in a measurable way. You will collaborate with multiple engineering squads, drive architectural decisions, and raise the technical bar

Qualifications

• 7+ years of fullstack engineering experience, with depth on frontend and backend.
• Experience delivering onboarding and KYC integrations with measurable impact.
• Ability to drive work across teams without strict top-down coordination.
• Strong instincts to spot funnel issues and propose fixes without waiting for specs.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end onboarding flow from sign-up to KYC completion.
• Build ad-driven funnel surfaces that route users to market pages.
• Ship fullstack features across frontend, backend, and integrations.
• Identify friction points in the acquisition funnel using analytics and experiments.
• Review code and make architectural decisions within your domain.
• Coordinate across teams to implement changes and align stakeholders.
• Raise the technical bar on growth through code reviews and mentorship.
