Job summary

Intermex Wire Transfer LLC. is seeking Fintech Sales Account Managers / Area Sales Representatives to build and manage relationships with area agents, execute FX transactions, and drive revenue growth.

The role favors candidates with outbound sales experience, strong math skills, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency. The position offers a base salary plus uncapped on-target commissions, with shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Analytical and mathematical reasoning; able to interpret data.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Business/Finance/Economics/Intl Business (preferred).
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with area agents.
• Manage FX rates, commissions, and fees to increase volume.
• Perform market analysis on competitors’ rates.
• Support agents with transactions and provide resolutions.
• Partner with field and internal sales to grow revenue.
