Job summary

Equinix seeks a Director of Technology Program Management for Infrastructure Products & Services to drive cross-functional initiatives and scale the TPM function. You will partner with the Global Product Organization and executive leaders to deliver on-time, within-budget program deliverables and shape the product strategy across IPS.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program management, business strategy & operations or consulting in a high growth tech enterprise.
• 3+ years of experience managing a team, preferably globally distributed or remote.
• Proven track record delivering complex programs in fast-paced environments and driving results.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional enterprise projects and initiatives, coordinating teams to meet milestones on time and within budget.
• Oversee TPM team and critical initiatives with major cross-functional dependencies.
• Distill complex issues into clear, actionable decisions for leadership and drive improved program execution.
• Serve as liaison to executive leadership to align stakeholder and business needs.
• Develop and maintain a portfolio roadmap aligned with goals and market trends.
• Track resource allocation and contribute to annual budget planning for IPS initiatives.
• Prepare reports and dashboards showing program performance and operational metrics.
