Meta's DevInfra organization is seeking a Director of Technical Program Management to lead a team of TPMs across pillars, owning high-risk, cross-cutting programs and setting the operating strategy for TPM investments. The role requires strong leadership, deep technical and program experience, and a track record of delivering complex, scalable infrastructure initiatives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of software engineering, systems engineering, or technical product/program management experience.
• Proven ability to build, grow, and mentor TPM or engineering teams.
• Track record of scaling infrastructure or platforms in transformative environments.
• Experience leading large-scale, company-wide initiatives requiring broad collaboration.
• Ability to communicate the reasoning behind program architectures and systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing team of technical program managers supporting DevInfra pillars, partnering with engineering, product, and cross-functional leaders.
• Set organization-wide TPM strategy and identify high-leverage initiatives.
• Structure the TPM organization for scalable execution and talent growth.
• Own end-to-end delivery of cross-pillar programs from ambiguity to measurable outcomes.
• Partner with engineering and product leadership on planning, risks, dependencies, and resources, and drive cadence across the org.
• Mentor and grow the TPM team with performance management.
• Deliver measurable results and improve platforms and processes.
• Design and execute framework for goal setting, decision making, and business impact.
• Lead technical discussions, articulate vision and milestones to stakeholders up to VP level.
• Represent DevInfra to internal customers and drive cross-functional alignment across the company.
• Lead with urgency, translate vision into results, and advance the larger mission.
