- Experience selling outsourced, technical or compliance-led services.
- Ability to engage plant managers, facility leaders, EHS executives and senior decision-makers.
- Strong commercial, negotiation and strategic account-development skills.
- Experience building and executing long-term growth plans across multiple service lines.
