Crescent Real Estate LLC is seeking a Director of Industrial Development to lead land-focused industrial projects in the DFW area from pursuit through entitlement, design, and completion. This hands-on, entrepreneurial leader will manage budgets, schedules and relationships with contractors, consultants, and municipalities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or credential is a plus.
• Extensive experience in industrial real estate development; ground-up or build-to-suit.
• Strong financial, analytical, negotiation and communication skills with commercial judgment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead land-focused industrial projects from pursuit through entitlement, design, contracting, construction coordination, tenant improvements, delivery and close-out.
• Manage development budgets, schedules, approvals and stakeholder relationships.
• Coordinate with civil engineers, consultants, contractors, municipalities and utility providers throughout the development lifecycle.
