Job summary

Entrada Partners seeks a Managing Director, Industrial Acquisitions, to lead Texas industrial and flex investments from Addison. You will drive investment strategy, lead due diligence, and structure complex acquisitions, reporting to Principals.

The role requires 10+ years in real estate investments, 5+ years in industrial/flex, strong financial modeling, and the ability to cultivate broker and investor relationships; ownership potential for CIO path.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Real Estate, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in real estate acquisitions; 5+ years in industrial/flex.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Argus, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine investment strategy for Entrada's industrial portfolio.
• Lead due diligence, financial analysis, and risk assessment for acquisitions.
• Negotiate, structure, finance, and close complex real estate transactions.
• Maintain market analysis and broker/investor relationships.
• Provide leadership to the Acquisition Department and mentor staff.
• Prepare investment proposals, financial models, and performance reports.
