Job summary

The Suddath Companies seeks an experienced Director of Industrial Real Estate Development to drive a full development lifecycle from land acquisition to stabilization. Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of commercial real estate development experience.
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing development teams.
Proven experience developing industrial, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or business park projects.

Responsibilities

Lead development lifecycle from acquisition through stabilization and hand-off.
Manage internal teams, consultants, municipalities, brokers, and capital partners.
Source land, conduct due diligence, and secure entitlements.
Develop budgets, financial models and investment committee presentations.
Coordinate leasing strategy with tenants and market positioning.
Represent the company at hearings, planning meetings, and with public authorities.
