Entrada Partners, a Dallas-based real estate private equity firm focused on value-add industrial and flex assets in the Sunbelt, seeks a Managing Director to lead acquisitions in Texas. Based in Addison, the role reports to Principals and drives investment strategy, deal sourcing, and execution.

The successful candidate will have 10+ years in real estate acquisitions, 5+ in industrial/flex, strong financial modeling and negotiation skills, and a track record of closings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in real estate acquisitions with 5+ years in industrial/flex sectors.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to investment strategy development and execution.
• Identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities through due diligence and financial analysis.
• Lead negotiations, structuring, financing, and closing of complex real estate transactions.
• Monitor market trends and maintain relationships with brokers, sellers and investors.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the Acquisition Department.
• Prepare investment proposals, financial models, and performance reports for leadership and investors.
