Zusammenfassung

Illumina is seeking an experienced Sourcing Leader to shape the supply chain of consumables and enable mass-scale genomic sequencing. You will act as a subject matter expert in supplier markets, Illumina products, and regulatory requirements, guiding complex category strategies and cross-functional collaboration.

You will lead cost-reduction initiatives, supplier governance, and continuity planning while partnering with R&D, Operations, and Quality to optimize performance, quality, and cost

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years related experience or equivalent.
• Master's degree with 8+ years or PhD with 5+ years experience preferred.
• Experience in strategic sourcing and supplier management across global networks.

Aufgaben

• Lead sustaining sourcing activities and roadmaps for on-market products.
• Negotiate favorable terms while mitigating supplier risk with cross-functional partners.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews to improve supplier performance.
• Collaborate on cost reduction through value engineering and resourcing.
• Ensure procurement data integrity to support P2P processes.
• Drive governance with suppliers and manage regulatory/quality alignment.
