Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking an experienced Director to build and lead the Retail & Field Ops Delivery organization across national markets.

You will drive the omni-channel physical presence, opening flagship retail hubs and local tax offices, and directly manage field managers to ensure consistent, expert-led customer experiences. Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of progressive operations and field leadership experience.
• Experience delivering multi-site or dispersed field operations.
• Proven track record in managing frontline and field managers.

Responsibilities

• Execute phased rollout of flagship retail hubs and expert service centers across top markets.
• Operationalize in-store experiences with real-time KPIs for continuous improvement.
• Lead AI-enabled initiatives and drive human+AI operating models in field delivery.
• Manage onboarding, activation, deployment, and scheduling of expert teams.
• Oversee daily operations across locations, ensuring consistency and responsiveness.
• Track service quality metrics and drive continuous improvement.
