Job summary

Incyte Corporation in the United States seeks a senior commercial leader in Immunology to align strategy across Marketing, Sales, Access and Operations. You will drive field readiness, set priorities, and enable execution of national initiatives with the Sales Director team.

You will partner with HR and Leadership Development to grow leadership capabilities, oversee cross-functional programs, and push for innovation to advance current and future Immunology brands.

Qualifications

• Significant pharmaceutical or biotech commercial experience, including field sales, sales leadership, marketing, training or commercial operations.
• Minimum 2 years first line sales leadership experience preferred.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and supporting launches or lifecycle priorities.
• Immunology experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Align Marketing, Sales, Access and Operations to drive cohesive commercial strategies.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams to remove barriers to field execution and boost performance.
• Partner with commercial training to support field readiness and execution.
• Translate brand and portfolio strategy into clear selling priorities for the field.
• Plan national sales meetings and field touchpoints with objectives aligned to commercial goals.
• Serve as expert resource for Immunology, guiding cross-functional integration.
• Elevate franchise effectiveness and develop innovative collaboration strategies.
• Partner with HR and Leadership Development to strengthen leadership capability across the field.
