Job summary

Catholic Charities of Dallas seeks a Director to oversee program operations, personnel administration and fiscal planning within their mission area. You will integrate services across agency missions to deliver holistic client support and ensure compliance with funding requirements.

The role requires five+ years of administration and leadership, a BA in Business Administration, and experience in legal or immigration work, with the ability to develop grants and supervise staff and volunteers.

Qualifications

• BA in Business Administration required or equivalent.
• Experience in legal work and/or immigration law preferred.
• Master’s degree in business, JD, or related field preferred.
• Minimum five years in administration and leadership roles.
• Accreditations as required by specific program.

Responsibilities

• Develops annual operating plans with clear goals, objectives, and performance standards.
• Assists in policy development and approves drafts and amendments.
• Identifies and develops resources (volunteers, grants) to ensure program success.
• Monitors program revenue and expenditures within budget constraints.
• Coordinates outreach, materials, and community presentations.
• Completes paperwork to ensure quality client service and funding compliance.
• Creates and updates program proposals, grants and contracts.
• Develops effective working relationships with other directors and leadership teams.
• Oversees personnel administration, training, and adherence to policies.
• Ensures compliance with licensing and contractual requirements.
• Manages volunteers responsibly for client benefit.
• Oversees outcome reporting and audits; supports risk management.
• Represents programs to the public and identifies opportunities for service expansion.
