• At least seven years of post-JD experience in immigration law.
• Minimum of three years supervising and mentoring others.

• Oversee contract compliance, funder relationships, and fiscal management.
• Develop, implement, and ensure adherence to QA and data management protocols.
• Lead external engagement and partnerships to advance hotline services.
