Job summary

Qualifications

• BA in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in legal work and/or immigration law required.
• Master's degree in business, JD, or related field preferred.
• At least five years of demonstrated or progressive administration and leadership roles.
• Additional accreditations as required by specific program.

Responsibilities

• Develops annual operating plans with clear goals and standards.
• Oversees policy development and budget adherence.
• Secures resources including volunteers and grants.
• Monitors revenue and expenditures to ensure budget compliance.
• Leads outreach materials and community presentations.
• Ensures quality client service and funding compliance.
