Full-Time role leading capture and proposal strategy for State, Local, Education, and Healthcare markets within Lumen Public Sector. You will oversee SLED capture teams and external partners, ensuring disciplined execution while adapting to varied procurement models, funding sources, and customer needs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in SLED capture, proposal, or business development leadership.
• Strong understanding of SLED procurement processes, cooperative purchasing models, funding sources, and customer dynamics.
• Proven leadership across matrixed organizations and excellent written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute capture strategies for high value SLED opportunities.
• Lead proposal development for competitive SLED bids with clear storytelling and compliance.
• Oversee capture schedules, resources, content quality, risk mitigation, and review cycles.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Engineering, Product, Pricing, Legal, and Operations.
• Engage with executive-level SLED customers and procurement officials.
