Job summary

Renesas Electronics is seeking a Director of Hyperscalers and Emerging AI to lead the HPAC segment within the PCP division. You will shape strategy, engage with cloud providers and AI customers, and drive design wins and revenue growth.

You will align global Sales, Applications, and Product Management, define market priorities, and translate customer needs into differentiated roadmaps. This is a high-visibility leadership role shaping Renesas' position in fast-growing AI and data-center markets.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related field (MS or MBA a plus).
• 15+ years in product management, product marketing, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience managing and launching products in data center, server, telecom, networking, or computing markets.
• Understanding of power management applications and products.
• Track record of driving revenue growth and market adoption.
• Strategic thinking with strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence across teams, geographies, and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Own global strategy and growth plan for the segment, including market priorities and revenue growth.
• Identify emerging technologies, applications, customers, and market segments to expand addressable markets.
• Translate market insights into actionable recommendations for product, portfolio and investment priorities.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key cloud service providers and AI customers.
• Lead strategic customer engagements to understand architectures and roadmaps; orchestrate cross-functional teams for design-wins.
• Align product management, engineering, applications, sales, and marketing around segment priorities.
