Job summary

Renesas Electronics seeks a Sr. Director of Applications in Performance Computing Power to build and lead a global team turning Renesas silicon into design wins for AI and compute customers.

You will own the technical relationship from architecture conversations to production ramp, and serve as the voice of the customer in the NPI process. This build-focused role scales the organization and processes to meet a growing opportunity, requiring strong leadership, strategic thinking, and deep power

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and scale technical teams through rapid growth.
• Deep expertise in datacenter power delivery architectures from rack to point of load.
• Experience engaging with hyperscale, OEM, ODM, or ASIC customers at executive levels.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the organization, including recruiting, onboarding, and talent development to meet demand.
• Develop leaders and structure to keep a fast-growing team accountable and close to customers.
• Scale customer enablement through automation, design guides, and simulation models.
• Own the reference design portfolio for AI and compute power delivery and deliver ahead of customer windows.
• Own escalations end-to-end and feed learnings back into the roadmap.
