Job summary

Renesas Electronics Corporation seeks a Director to own the AWS or NVIDIA business within the Custom AI Power group. You will drive strategy, roadmap, and P&L, leading a cross-functional team across modules, controllers, and power stages to meet customer roadmaps.

The role requires 10+ years in power management, with a track record of running a business end-to-end, and strong executive communication. A fast-moving, globally distributed team environment is expected.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related field required; MS or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in power management / power semiconductor industry.
• Experience running a business or product line end-to-end.
• Experience engaging with hyperscalers and AI compute providers.
• Leadership of cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, and P&L health for AWS or NVIDIA business line.
• Develop multi-generation product roadmap for modules, controllers, power stages.
• Lead pricing, forecasting, and manufacturing strategy with Sales/Finance.
• Direct product management, program management, and marketing teams.
• Hands-on ownership for first year of execution from NPI to volume ramp.
