Job summary

Renesas is seeking a Director to own the AWS or NVIDIA business within the Custom AI Power group. You will drive strategy, roadmap, and portfolio decisions while leading a cross-functional team across product management, program management, and marketing.

You will personally oversee execution from NPI to volume ramp in year one, collaborating with design, manufacturing, and supply chain to ensure milestones are met. A strong technical background in power management is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in the power management / power semiconductor industry.
• Experience running a business or product line end-to-end — strategy, roadmap ownership, portfolio decisions, and business/financial management.
• Track record engaging directly with large, sophisticated customers at executive levels.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority over every function.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, still-forming business — building process and structure.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, revenue, and execution for the AWS or NVIDIA business within Custom AI Power.
• Build and maintain multi-generation product roadmap in alignment with customer roadmaps.
• Make portfolio decisions on what to pursue and how to sequence investments.
• Own business case and investment justification for new product starts with Finance.
• Lead pricing, forecasting, and manufacturing strategy discussions with Sales and Finance.
• Directly lead Product Management, Customer Program Management, and Product Marketing resources.
