Job summary

The Freeman Company in North Dallas, TX seeks a Director, TFC Events & Brand Experiences to lead a high-end, multi-brand event portfolio with executive presence. You will guide intimate dinners, client showcases, and marquee activations across Sparks, 3D, Freeman, Studio Blue, and TFC brands.

The role partners with Marketing, Brand, Creative, Sales, and Communications to ensure seamless, on-brand events. Hybrid work 2–3 days in-office in Dallas; leadership and mentorship are essential for team

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-profile event portfolios for multiple brands and clients.
• Proven ability to plan and execute end-to-end events for executive audiences and VIP stakeholders.
• Strong track record in developing standards, SOPs, and scalable processes for events.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution across the full event lifecycle: strategy, logistics, vendor management, branding, onsite coordination and post-event reporting.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Creative, Sales, and Communications to ensure activations are integrated and on-message.
• Develop and maintain a vendor network capable of delivering luxury-level events with bespoke programming and hospitality elements.
• Oversee budgets, contracts, room blocks, travel & expenses, and ROI analysis.
• Mentor and develop Events Managers to grow the team.
